who are the focus team?
We are a bunch of hard working individuals who love helping our clients. Focus is a family business and although we are a small team, we pride ourselves on providing personal service and bespoke solutions to our clients, that larger companies often struggle to offer.
We are also independent and privately owned, unlike many of our competitors who have been taken over by larger companies. Originally from an accountancy background, Gina founded Focus Leasing in 1994 at the age of just 25. She still works on a daily basis with companies she has done business with for 26 years, and is as passionate about the service Focus provides as she was when the company started. As well as developing new vendor partnerships and managing existing client relationships, she has developed and continues to improve Focus’ AutoQuote system and Focus Finance Enquiry internal software. In her (very little!) spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, horses and dogs.
Ken joined Focus in 2004, following a career with Hampshire Police. As well as looking after our compliance, Ken is responsible for developing our funding relationships to ensure that we have the most comprehensive and competitive finance products to offer our customers. Having retired from playing rugby some years ago he still enjoys watching when the family allows, otherwise can be found mending fences and rolling paddocks at home!
Rachel joined Focus in January 2018 after completing A Levels in biology, chemistry and psychology. Rachel oversees the day to day processing of deals ensuring the process is as seamless as possible for both our clients and vendor partners. She enjoys creating and maintaining strong relationships so that they come back to us time and time again. Rachel is looking forward to developing her skills and knowledge to continue to provide the service that is our ethos. In her spare time she competes and trains dressage.
NEW BUSINESS ADMIN
Rebecca (Becca) joined Focus in November 2018 as an apprentice and is always trying to develop her skill set further. Her day-to-day role includes general admin and supporting the team. She enjoys developing funder relationships as part of a New Business Administration role. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys cooking for her friends and family and likes to visit new places.
